Ankor, a new insurance company, has successfully completed its pilot phase and announced plans to open the opportunity for hundreds of insurance agents to join its growing network.
According to the company, the integration of Ankor’s insurance products into Bafi’s advanced simulator will significantly enhance agents ability to provide clients with a broader range of choices — with a strong emphasis on competitive, simple, and transparent products.
Following the completion of the pilot, Ankor, led by CEO Uri Omid, launched a strategic partnership with Bafi, through which the company’s newly introduced auto insurance policies, pricing models, and plan options will now be displayed via Bafi’s insurance comparison simulator.
“We’re not looking for an external tech intermediary to push us forward,” said Omid during the project agreement signing.
“We turned to Bafi because it’s a technological home for agents and shares our belief in their professional value.”
Through this collaboration, Bafi’s simulator will allow agents to instantly access a comprehensive comparison of premiums and terms, presented in a transparent and user-friendly manner.
Both companies emphasized that this integration reinforces the agent’s ability to tailor the best solutions for their clients while maintaining simplicity, clarity, and competitiveness.
Moran Zisser, CEO of Bafi, highlighted the shared vision driving the partnership:
“Bafi’s mission is to empower agents through smart technological tools — tools that provide real value and elevate their professional standing.
Integrating Ankor’s insurance plans into our simulator, like every technological upgrade we make, enhances the agent’s position by combining Bafi’s advanced digital capabilities with a business model that values agents as true partners.”
As Ankor wraps up its pilot phase, it is preparing to onboard hundreds of additional agents. The company operates on digital policy issuance systems, automation, and streamlined processes that grant agents near-total independence, including in underwriting and billing.
Over recent months, Bafi has continued upgrading its systems to align with the industry’s evolving needs while expanding partnerships with companies and startups that create added value for insurance agents — collaborations that serve end-customers, strengthen agents, and maintain the essential balance between technology and human connection.
The companies concluded by emphasizing that such collaborations reflect a shared and conscious vision: Not to replace the agent — but to empower them.
